The following terms and conditions form the agreement between NowPromote and their customers.

Fees and Payment
- You agree to pay a fee each month for the management of your business promotion needs including website and other promotional tools as detailed in the product selected by the client. - You agree to pay the fee for a minimum of 12 months unless you notify NowPromote that you are unhappy with their service in the first 2 weeks of signing up for the Nowpromote service. - You agree to pay any fees incurred through your use of the NowPromote service, which may include the purchase of web address (domain names), advertising products. The service or product purchased is only provided after payment has been recieved and cleared. Please allow 1 day for payment to process. - You agree to pay by direct debit into the NowPromote bank account for all fees.
The NowPromote Service
- NowPromote provides a service that builds websites, email and other media based on templates. These templates are open for all customers to use, and for this reason your media may not be completely unique, as a second customer may have used the same template. The choice of colour, words and pictures ensure that your media will differ from all of our customers. - NowPromote does make changes to the templates used based on customer feedback, but reserves the right to refuse any requested change to the templates. - You always retain the ownership of your web address (domain names) purchased through NowPromote.
Copyright
- NowPromote retains copyright on all material generated by the NowPromote service, including website formatting and email formatting. You may not copy the website created by NowPromote or use it once you have terminated the NowPromote service. - You retain copyright on all the information that you provide to Nowpromote as part of using the service. Nowpromote uses your business information with your permission to promote your business, and not for any other purpose.
Business Information
- You agree to allow NowPromote to send your business information to any third party where the purpose is to promote your business. For example NowPromote will send your business details to third parties such as TrueLocal.com.au, and OurBrisbane.com.au and they will list your information on their websites. - You agree to notify NowPromote (via email) if you are contacted by a third party attempting to sell promotion products where they received your contact details through NowPromote. NowPromote endeavours to shield the business owner from unnecessary contact from sales staff.
Support and Help
- NowPromote will provide help through email. All questions and problems should be reported to the support@nowpromote.com.au email address. - If more help is required, NowPromote can visit you but depending on a situation a fee may be charged. - NowPromote offers a $75 service where we visit for 2 hours and setup your promotion information. This is an optional service as most people are able to setup their promotion information independantly. - NowPromote offers a low cost promotion service, to keep the price low we expect customers to pay for any time we must spend teaching or helping them with their business promotion needs. Phone support where the customer needs help using our software cannot be provided for free.
Website Search Ranking
- NowPromote cannot control the ranking of your website on Gooogle, MSN, Yahoo and other website search engines. Nowpromote does follow best practices to ensure that your website is ranked as high as feasible, but ulitmately the ranking of your website is determined by the information you enter, the popularity of the search involved and other factors. You agree not to hold NowPromote responsible if your website ranking is percieved as being lower than it should be.
Liability
- You are responsible for all information provided, and all errors are also your responsibilty. NowPromote is not responsible for incorrect information. - If your website or other service is faulty, you must notify NowPromote and we will remedy the situation. NowPromote is not responsible for lost business due to failure of the website or related services.
Email and Spam
- You agree to recieve emails from NowPromote that will notify you about changes to the NowPromote product, reminders and other communications required as part of managing your promotion needs. - You agree to receive emails from NowPromote that sell additional promotion products offered by NowPromote to enhance your business promotion. Nowpromote will identify quality promotion oppertunities as part of the nowpromote service. - NowPromote will not directly cause you to recieve SPAM from any third party. - You may recieve SPAM as a result of having an active website, for this reason you must use a SPAM filter to combat any SPAM. NowPromote is not responsible for any SPAM you recieve due to your website being active. NowPromote recommends using a GMAIL account as the SPAM filter provided is 100% effective.
